Overral a good accommodation. Front desk staff are helpful & kind Conceriege are slow to attend baggage handling overall ok Executive lounge are cozy & spacious + good view, with good serving of food. Except the staff are weak on English proficiency. Room are comfy except furniture are aged need to overhaul. Overral great location in Shanghai city. Will be my prefer hotel choice in Shanghai.

Cozy and clean room condition, full power of air conditioner works well so that felt comfortable during staying in the hottest season. The breakfast was also very good, well organized with asian and western food. English communication with Staffs in hotel also very good. Very nice service.

One of the best hotel in town.Clean,value for money.Manager and staff are very friendly.I would suggest this hotel anybody visiting Shanghai.Rooms are bigger spacious and clean.Amenities are also very good in the hotel.Perfect for the stay.

Excellent hotel to stay for exhibitions or Business meetings and the staff is very helpfull and gave good hospitality specially Zhao at the reception. We are extremely happy and satiesfied with the service provided also the management was too much friendly.

We were staying at the Pullman skyway hotel during our trip in Shanghai The welcome by the staff was wonderful Especially the hostess were very nice to us and available for questions and helped us in many ways Also the room was well decorated and the beds were comfy I totally recommend this hotel for all my friends and my future trips
