Prop and Banner Rental Inventory

Administrative units of the University may rent props and banners from the Office of University Events. Typically these items are loaned for a period of one to two business days. A nominal $25 fee will be charged to your account to cover dry cleaning and maintenance. Should any item be lost, stolen, or damaged, a replacement fee will be charged. All items are stored off site and require a minimum of 72 hours notice to secure their rental.
