Interested in visiting us in person? Speak with a counselor at one of our StudentLink Centers on the Washington Square or MetroTech campus. The StudentLink Center is NYU's one-stop-shop for all your billing, financial aid, and academic records questions.

• Please note that our offices close at 4 pm on the business day before a recess or extended holiday weekend.

Best Times to Call

During certain periods of the academic year, the Office of Financial Aid’s telephone lines can be quite busy. These periods include:

• April 1 to May 15
• July 1 to August 15
• During registration

During the remainder of the year, the best times to call our office include:

• Tuesday or Thursday between 10 am and 11 am or 3:30 pm and 4 pm
