Student Success is committed to ensuring our students have the resources and support to flourish and reach their full potential at NYU and beyond. Through evidence-based frameworks and subject matter expertise, we develop strategic initiatives, assessments, and programming that create an engaging, fulfilling, and impactful student experience at NYU. Our efforts start and end with supporting our students, but involve collaboration across the entire university with faculty, staff, administrators, parents/families, and more. 

Student Success at NYU is composed of four teams:

The Center for Student Success Insights (CSSI) analyzes undergraduate student data, conducts research, and assesses to help campus partners take purposeful action to achieve the university’s student success goals.

Student Support and Outreach provides customized case management and tailored programming to directly support students in overcoming challenges that could hinder their retention, progression, and timely graduation.

NYU Financial Education provides educational programming, one-on-one financial coaching, and resources for students to expand their personal finance knowledge and make sound financial decisions.

Systems and Operations analyzes and evaluates the operational requirements of university technology and systems, ensuring efficient utilization of systems, processes, and tools that contribute to student success, such as NYU Connect, the university's student success platform.
