Question: I’ve had some cosmetic surgery over the past few years, which I’m very happy with. A nose job, a small tweak to my under-eye bags, Botox, cheek and lip filler. It sounds like a lot when I write it down but it’s very subtle and natural work. In fact, only a couple of people I know well have said it to me.

My last relationship ended a couple of months before I had the first procedure and I’ve just started dating again. We’ve been together about six weeks and I haven’t told him that I’ve had cosmetic surgery. He has made a few comments about my beauty, my bone structure and how I don’t look my age at all.
