Munster are ‘hopeful’ that Jack Crowley and Tom Ahern will be fit enough to play in Friday night’s crucial URC trip to Edinburgh.

Both players suffered injuries in last weekend’s bonus-point win over Connacht at Thomond Park, which has made them doubtful to face Edinburgh, but forwards coach Andi Kyriacou delivered an optimistic update following training in Limerick today.
