Munster have confirmed that they’ve signed Connacht winger Diarmuid Kilgallen for next season.

The Kildare native (23) will add to the competition in the province’s back-three after the retirement of Andrew Conway and Keith Earls last summer, having penned a two-year deal.

The talented winger had been making big strides this season before being struck down by injury, and has scored 12 tries in 22 Connacht appearances.

Hooker Eoghan Clarke has earned a new contract with his home province having rejoined as cover when Jersey went bust earlier this season,

Clarke has signed a new one-year extension.

Prop Keynan Knox has left the province with immediate effect, with Munster wishing the South African well.

Knox joined Munster as a highly rated teenager straight out of school but has struggled to make an impact.
