The results of the UK general election are still rolling in with Labour’s landslide victory and the Tory collapse being the big story. But the results do have significance on this coast of the Irish Sea.

The Government in Dublin will be looking forward to a renewal of warm relations with Downing Street after the post-Brexit tensions.
