Whether you are in full parade mode for St Patrick’s Day this year or taking it nice and easy at home, having something warm and comforting to share with family and friends will no doubt be part of your celebrations.

Typically, in our house, it’s a pot of Irish stew with lamb and potatoes, but there is plenty of traditional Irish fare to choose from when it comes to your menu. I have three of my favourite Irish recipes to share with you this week.
