It’s one of those things you rarely think about when you’re expecting a baby, usually because your mind is far too preoccupied with other matters (such as how the aforementioned baby is going to get out of your body). Sitting down and working out the ground rules for the inevitable stream of people who want to visit your newborn in those early days and weeks, however, is a must.
