Girl injured in alleged fall in Supermacs settles High Court action for €11,000

A 12-year-old girl who was injured in an alleged fall as a baby while in a Supermac’s restaurant has settled a High Court action for €11,000.
It was claimed Aisling Crowley fell from the arms of her mother after she allegedly slipped in Supermac’s, Tullamore, Co Offaly, on December 6, 2012.
