Dublin Rape Crisis Centre CEO Rachel Morrogh has thanked the women who were raped by Dublin taxi driver Raymond Shorten for coming forward, describing him as a “predator” who raped “young and vulnerable people who trusted him”.

Shorten (50) who was convicted last month of raping two young women in his taxi on separate nights in 2022, was also convicted today of raping a seven-year-old girl 12 years ago.
