The Cork Rooftop Farm emerged as a Covid lockdown project, essentially to keep Brian McCarthy busy during a challenging time — now it has grown into a 60ac business.

The pandemic forced Brian to close the wholesale flower business Central Floral Supplies, started by his father in 1973.
