Danish firm looking for 2,000 farmers to supply manure for biomethane plant

Manure from over 2,000 farm in Ireland will be needed to fuel a biomethane project announced by a Danish fund manager today.

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has said it will develop, construct and operate manure-powered biogas plants in Ireland over the coming years that will deliver 30pc of the country's biomethane targets.
