Sligo-based biomedical engineer Rob Kennedy left behind his career making medical devices to start farming with his friend Sean Gilligan in 2020.

Three years on, the duo are selling meat, eggs and vegetables from their farm shop in Strandhill on the coast, as well as supplying local supermarkets.
