After riding the crest of the 21st century ‘ginaissance’ to establish the Drumshanbo Gunpowder brand, co-founder Patrick J Rigney is now moving to bed it in as a fixture that can outlast a potentially short-lived craze.

Right now the 61-year-old Leitrim entrepreneur’s business is taking off – literally, as the premium gin is now available on all Ryanair and Aer Lingus flights from Dublin.
