Reamda, a Co Kerry-based bomb disposal robotics company, has acquired a new site to build another facility to help cope with surging demand in the aftermath of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Speaking with the Sunday Independent, Padraig O’Connor, the managing director of Reamda, said the business had already tripled in size, with its sales book for explosive ordnance disposal robots, used by the Irish Defence Forces, already full.
