The registered depositary receipts have been registered in the name of the Nederlands Centraal Instituut voor Giraal Effectenverkeer B.V. (Euroclear Nederland). The registered depositairy receipts were issued in denominations of 1x EUR 0.60, 10x EUR 0.60, 100x EUR 0.60 and 1,000x EURO 0.60 nominal.
