Paige is a native of Princeton, West Virginia, and a graduate of West Liberty University in West Liberty, WV. She's been a member of the WCJB TV20 team since 1989.

Myra’s broadcast career started in public radio, and in 1995, she joined WCJB-TV20 to launch and anchor the morning news. She returned in 2023 to anchor the noon newscast.
