Ocala man arrested after stealing ice cream and soda from a Dairy Queen

OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) - A man in Ocala is behind bars after trying to steal from a fast food restaurant.
Authorities say Timothy Brown, 41, tried stealing ice cream and a soda at the Dairy Queen on East Silver Springs Boulevard Sunday night.

They say he walked in the store and put the items in his backpack.
When they found him a short time later, deputies say they found the ice cream next to drug equipment inside the bag.
