UPDATE:
On Monday morning, Huntsville Police provided an update, saying no charges are expected to be filed in this case.
This comes after police say they interviewed the victim, person of interest, and witnesses, which led them to rule this an accidental shooting.
Police say the victim is still in serious but stable condition.

Huntsville Police say they're investigating after a shooting victim showed up at Huntsville Hospital Sunday night with life-threatening injuries.
Hospital staff were told the shooting happened near Wendy's on Sparkman Drive.
Police say one person of interest has been detained for questioning.
