My first impression. Very firm and professional. Their website is very informative which makes you feel you do not need any further consulting with someone else. After reading the articles that they are covering. In my experience, I Have been searching for a piece of specific information regarding my situation and luckily I landed on their website and informed myself very well about what I have been searching for in the past six years. I also had a wonderful call with Max, and I find him a very knowledgeable and kind person to communicate with. I strongly recommend this organisation (Migrando) if you have any open issues regarding residence permits or similar cases.

I must say, Migrando made my citizenship process super easy, I didn't have to worry about anything.

They are truly, a company with a heart.

They are so helpful, always just a phone call away and ready to answer all of my questions.

They gave me clear step-by-step to-do's, helped me collect the right documents at the right time and handled all the paperwork for me. After submitting my documents, I got my Citizenship certificate in 3 months!

They told me my children will be included in the application for assistance in getting a permanent residence. However, when I have already paid, they told me that I will have to pay again as 1 of my child is an adult. They already knew it before I paid as they have asked me all the details prior to paying as well as all the documents pertaining my children. They advertise their services with false claims just to get you to pay. When you deal with people like this, better avoid it at all cost.

Since the naturalization authorities are currently overwhelmed due to an unprecedented number of applications and additional burdens from COVID-19, war, and other factors, I was in search of a competent legal agency to submit my application on time and assist the authorities by saving them the effort of an initial eligibility check consultation. I heard about Migrando through a friend. They ticked all my boxes, especially in terms of having someone who is truly competent and specialized in the law, and offers a package for the end-to-end process. The entire procedure with them was very smooth, particularly their promptness in submitting the application, forwarding the responses to us on time, along with clear expectations about the required details and documents, etc. A suggestion for Migrando would be to set up a customer service team or create a more user-friendly portal to provide clients with a clearer understanding of what to expect and when; it would help alleviate some anxiety.
