Notes have seriously been taken from your appreciated remarks and suggestions about the noise isolation. It is our goal to get it right and create a fantastic experience for our guests. As for the noise caused by our housekeeping cleaners, we would like to present our most sincere apologies. We will investigate what happened.
Concerning your comments about the room, our hotel has different kinds of rooms that vary in size, type of bed, balcony, position, etc.
Nevertheless, we always try to satisfy our guests' preferences on the room, that is why you were provided with a room with a double size bed when you made the registration at the front desk. After learning that you were not happy with the room provided, we switched you to a new room in an attempt to fulfill your wishes.
It saddens us to know that you were not well pleased with the new room either.
We would as well like to inform you that you can report any incident or suggestion you have to our staff that is always at your entire disposal, before, during and after your stay.
