    Barca Immersive tour
Nice experience at the Barca Museum. Unfortunately the stadium is still under construction but everything else is worthy. For those who like sports, especially soccer, it’s awesome to see so many important players in the club history as well as in world’s. Barca store is impressive. The trophies and history of many important teams in the blue grená story.

    A bit underwhelming
The stadium is currently undergoing extensive reconstruction and renovation. As a result, only the museum and the virtual experience are open to the public. The museum is really quite nice, even if you don’t like football. It will keep one occupied for about an hour, maximum. The virtual experience next to the museum, unfortunately, is greatly overrated. It features a 3D experience, walking around in a large room wearing head-mounted devices. Unfortunately this is outdated technology and the interactive elements work poorly. I expected something considerably more fancy, not early 90’s 3D graphics. The fanshop probably is the largest Barça fanshop as claimed indeed, but it also is madly expensive. As is the cafe, by the way (does anybody fancy a €6,- Fanta?) Tickets sold herald a unique viewpoint into the stadium renovation, but in reality that appears to be just a window in the fanshop, overlooking an anonymous construction site that really could be anything. Who knows, it might even become a fancy football stadium.

    Good enough…
Easy to visit but not very interesting- Definitely consider if you have never been to a soccer stadium before— The price is not bad and they have student discount.

    Busy but cool
Great tour, the footie mad amongst us were very impressed. It was busy, expect to queue. Suggest also taking your own food/drink.

    Not worth the visit unfortunately
It’s pointless visiting the stadium while it is getting work done. The tour consists of the museum and a 360 virtual room. Very misleading as on the website it still says there is access to a construction view point. This is definitely not the case the closest you can get to the stadium itself is about 200 meters. Don’t waste you money as unbelievably they are still charging the full price even though the only bit you want to see is no longer available but still charged for. Very disappointed to be misled by Barcelona FC

    Extremely Disappointing Visit
Very disappointing! Please don’t waste your money! I had booked the tickets online in the UK before our visit yesterday. We were really looking forward to seeing the stadium only to be told, when I asked, that the stadium is now closed for the next two years. When I checked the website whilst on the visit this was the case but the young lady I spoke to said she really wished that the club made this clear to everyone before their visit. From her reaction I think she had obviously had to explain this to a lot of disappointed people. The construction viewpoint was also closed so there was no opportunity at all to look at the inside of the stadium. The museum tour is ok but not €112 ok ( the cost for a family of four)! As for my husband and son they had no real interest in this as all they wanted to see was the stadium. I had also paid an extra €6 for the Robokeeper for my son. Please don’t bother with this as it was similar to ones we see back in the UK at funfairs. The ball was in a dreadful state and it wasn’t even a full size goal. My son just laughed and walked on. As for the toilet situation, all I could see by the museum was a portacabin style building and there was a long queue outside the ladies. I did complain to the ticket office about this ‘tour’and asked for a partial refund. I was given a little slip of paper with a QR code on which I will deal with when I get home as I don’t want to waste anymore of my time in Barcelona on this. I am writing this review as I don’t want anyone else to experience the disappointment that we had yesterday. It’s seriously not worth the money! I’d also paid for the Barca Cafe yesterday too when I booked online. Don’t bother with that either! So all in all Camp Nou had €135.60 from my family with very little to show for it. Until they’ve finished extending their stadium please don’t bother unless you’re a diehard fan and like looking at football shirts and trophies.

Totally lame. Stadium closed. Only the museum.
Notice that there is no access to the field starting June 2023 until construction is complete, so the visit is mainly to the museum and ti some 360-degree show. Totally lame and meaningless without visiting the stadium itself, especially Barca charges the same cost when the stadium was available to visit.

    Poor customer service
We travelled to Barcelona from the UK 28th May 2023. We had a Flexible Stadium Tour booked however on arrival at 3.30pm we were informed this couldn’t be accessed due to a game later that day. The visit was booked in good faith as a 60th birthday gift from my daughter to my partner, costing 64 euro. It also cost us an additional 10 euro to travel to and from the stadium. We attempted to speak to somebody at the ticket office and was sent to three different queues; having to queue again each time. Eventually we were told to scan a code to complete an online form which I attempted three times with no success. We travelled home to the UK 01/06 and I have emailed oab@fcbarcelona.cat on three occasions, with no acknowledgment from them. This was the email address stated on the tickets. This is so disappointing and frustrating as well as losing a lot of money. My daughter is also attempting to make contact however I don’t hold out much hope, I would like a refund please! Any advice or an additional complaint email address would be very much appreciated. Date booked and paid for: 20/04/2023.

    DO NOT USE TRIP ADVISER
DO NOT USE TRIP ADVISOR FOR THIS TICKET. Ruined a family trip as paid for it and was expecting to get tickets emailed or show on phone. I turned up at the ticket office to be advised tickets must be redeemed in the centre of Barcelona!!!!!! Mikes away with no transport. I saw other people having the same issue. Yes probably should me small print but it’s not easily seen. WHAT A STUPID IDEA. Called ticket office who were useless and blamed trip advisor and you can’t get through to trip adviser. Why in this day and age can’t one of the biggest tourist attraction in Barcelona so am e ticket???

    Landmark of the city!
Visited the stadium on a business trip to Barcelona...we had a private evening tour organized followed by dinner in the bar area. Very interesting to visit the museum and see all the item exhibited from all the iconic events/players of this team. Went to the dressing room (visiting team) and could get to the perimeter of the pitch. Had a lovely buffet with local delicacies and enjoyed Spanish wine in a bar/event area inside the stadium. Worth a visit to this historic landmark of Barcelona.

Great visit but can be busy and chaotic
Prebooked the first tour of the day at 10am but even then it’s rammed and chaotic. Got in the queue at 9-50 (which was massive) and got in at 10-15, but it’s a great self guided tour (with audio for a little extra). The Spotify Camp Nou is meant to be undergoing a multi million revamp to make all seats covered (only a fraction are) make it safer and more environmentally friendly. Great visit, always wanted to visit but the place is really going to change over the years, looking at the models on display.

    Could Have Been 5 Stars!
Visiting Camp Nou was awesome, and almost perfect! The museum was great and the stadium was fascinating. Our tickets were for 2pm and we made it to the stadium part at that time, only to be ran out less than 10 minutes later because they had an “event”. Kind of ridiculous to sell tickets for a time period if you are not allowed to see the stadium. Other than that, it was a great tour.

Would do it again if I ever get the chance.
It was one of the best experiences I had in Barcelona. The entire feel and aura of Camp Nou was very well communicated to us by our guide. He not helped us understand the world of FC Barcelona but also extended his hand to help us out of the way. I would recommend this 10/10. Definitely do not miss this.

A great tour of an iconic stadium
Two days after watching Barca beat Getafe we returned to have a proper look around the stadium with a guided tour. The signposting for the tour wasn't great but we got there with plenty of time to spare. Despite being a non match day there were still easily a thousand people there just for the tours around 10.30-11.00, so it is still pretty busy. The guided tour by a member of staff is informative with a little humour and while you only see what you would with a standard entry it adds a little to the experience so if you can afford it, do it (45euro each I believe). As part of the experience you also get to go down pitch side, see the trophy rooms, press area, press boxes up in the rafters and some interactive displays and videos. A great way to spend a few hours for a football fan and non fans alike.

    Great visit
Guided tour helps you make the most of this. Well worth seeing, learn so much about the club and how it works with the community. There’s loads to see and do. There are a lot of steps so just make sure you can cope with those.

Olivier was excellent. He was so patient with our questions and comments, and his perspective was fascinating. He took us all over the stadium and spent time with our son (who is a soccer fanatic) ensuring that he got excellent bang for the buck as this tour was his birthday present. You won’t go wrong booking this tour.

We spent two and half hours with Olivier today. He walked us to the history of FC Barcelona and with his experience as a sports journalist who saw more than 300 FC Barcelona matches and interviews with the players, he gave us great insights into what happens behind the scenes, how the players train, and the pressure they are facing. His lively stories and great experience with FC Barcelona made this visit so much more interesting, alive, and revealing. Olivier's guided tour is worth every penny. A must-do when you're visiting Barcelona.

We toured the stadium on a Monday at 1pm and the stadium was moderately busy. However very manageable. We traveled on the Metro using the very smooth and easy to understand Metro Link.

We traveled from Poble Neu via the L4 yellow line and changed to the L3 Green to reach the stadium.

The walk from the metro is 5min to get to Camp Nou.

On arrival at the stadium you are in awe at the size and layout of the stadium - merchandise is available outside the stadium aswell as inside before the tour begins. The pricing in the official store is mad........so beware before entering.

The prices of the tour itself are very reasonable. We paid €38 per adult and €30 for a child. We opted for the virtual experience with the audio packs. These are highly recommended.

Once inside the stadium the memorabilia and history on show is incredible.....some of the names you see from modern day....Ronaldinho, Xavi, Iniesta and Van Gaal are mixed with players from FCB formation years.

It goes without saying that Leo Messi is the star attraction and he has a specific area designated to him, displaying his Balon’Dor and golden shoe awards. A pair of match worn boots are also on display in the cabinets.

Accessibility is good, however access to the home changing room is restricted and this was a bit of a let down. They request additional ££ or the VIP package to go inside here.

Being pitch side allows you to take in how big the arena is and get a feeling of how it must feel to play here. We attended for the Getafe game 48h earlier and was breathtaking.

The virtual experience is really good....showing you footage of the players and a clip from El Classico which makes you feel like you’re in the crowd as the game is played....

One thing which could maybe increase the experience would be more interactive activities for the kids on the way round..

We spent around 2hrs from start to finish and could’ve easily done more.

A MUST do on your trip to Barcelona.
