Friendly and helpful staff, good food, comfortable room with a nice shower and a stunning view from the balcony. Located in a quiet environment, a little bit outside of the village but easy to reach, especially by motorbike. Would definitely stay again!

They were sold out on their bungalows so we opted for the standard rooms instead, which were basic but fine for one night. Be mindful that they're not good for light sleepers as there's no insulation between rooms but with earplugs I managed to sleep just fine. Saw a few reviews about cockroaches in the rooms but we didn't see any fortunately. As a precaution, we also tucked in the mosquito net under the mattress upon check-in so nothing could have come into my bed anyway.
It is a short interesting walk (about 15-20 mins) to the waterfall from the accommodation, passing through local villages and a nice school. We chose this place because of the views and we were glad with our choice. There are other accommodations nearby or in town but I think Du Gia Panorama is situated among the most stunning vista in the area. Dinner was the best we'd on our 5-day Ha Giang loop trip.
Staff didn't speak much English except for a young man (who appears to be the owner). When I forgot my retainers in the bathroom, he was kind enough to go through the trash until they were found. I'm very grateful that he went out of his way for me.

Nice basic lodging set within a village (pigs, chickens, ducks, roosters....) with stunning mountain views. Room came with AC and Heat - which was great for drying out our waterlogged clothes. Food was ok - not great - but fine and coffee was quite good in the morning. Service was a little shakey as you get the impression you are not their priority.

Unfortunately any positives with this property were lost for us when the children that live on the property broke into our locked room while at dinner, searched through all our possessions and then stole items to play with. Luckily the most expensive item an Apple Watch was able to be tracked via our phone and found in their play den on the property.
Obviously an extremely upsetting and stressful situation as we didn’t recover all the items, the staff appeared baffled to why we requested to not pay the full price the next day, we messaged the owner the next day to ensure all the information was passed on as they were not at the property but never received a reply, disappointing that they offered no apology

Regarding to your case I would like to clarify. 1. It’s not true that we didn’t send you any apologize for this case. We sent you twice right after happening as well as the next day as we felt so bad that it was the first time happened in our homestay. 2. As discussed with you. We committed to take full responsibility if you lose anythings and you have confirmed that nothing was lost, and you just found the watch in the hallway outside the room and you think someone in our family played with it and it was all our fault? Please kindly understand that we don't and never wanted that to happen. The kids in the village are so poor . They might were just looking for some food and curious about things that they never seen before. And perhaps you didn’t lock your door carefully so that it happened. 3. As an apologize we’ve accepted not to charge you anything from our property even it wasn’t our fault. Anyway, we are really sorry for your bad experiences during your stay. This is also a lesson for all of us. Always lock your door carefully before going out.

Very nice stay in the mountains of Du Gia. Our private bungalow had stunning views to the mountains, and a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view. Having a drink in the private terrace while watching the storm is a experience I will never forget.
Room was ample and had both AC and a fan fitted, as well as a mosquito net. We had both dinner and breakfast there, which was very tasty. Staff was very friendly too!
