当天为巴塞隆纳恐攻机场封锁，所以很晚才搭计程车到达饭店，前台人员亲切接待并解释目前情形，服务良好，房间皆为套房，所以空间宽敞，但略有使用痕迹，地理位置离机场算近，但是对于景点都算远，提供给要入住的旅客参考。

Dear guest, First of all we would like to thank you for your review, your feedback is extremely valuable. Regarding the location, our hotel is located on a residential area that is very quite and safe. You can find a metro stop just 5-7 minutes walking and reach downtown in about 20 minutes. I am sorry to hear that our location did not meet your needs. On the other hand, I really appreaciate your comments about our staff. I will pass it to them, it is a good way to motivate them. 优点—出色、善良、迷人的前台员工。酒店位于一个伟大而宁静的高端住宅区，步行即可到达诺坎普和价格合理的非常好的餐厅和咖啡馆。房间很宽敞。缺点—圣克拉拉餐厅员工的水平低于平均水平，尤其是我家人在早上发现粗鲁的那个员工。在夏天，因为房间太宽敞了，所以房间的空调不太制冷，房间不太凉爽。前台的工作人员很友善地把我们安排到一个更凉爽的房间。我以后还会来这家酒店，但希望酒店管理层能改善酒店的空调系统以及餐厅的服务。

We thank you for bringing us so much detail. This allows us to feel better what the guests live. We are delighted to hear that your stay was enjoyable. I also passed on your comments to our front desk staff, these comments are very helpful to motivate them. About your other comments, be sure that I passed them on to the Manager of our Santa Clara restaurant so that this situation do not happen again. I am sorry to hear that the temperature was not according to your needs, it will also be taken care of so that our suites get cooler in a faster way. 酒店在各方面都非常棒：大的干净的房间，大阳台，一流的餐厅，超级友善并且高效的服务。没有哪里不是一流的。对于到巴塞罗进行短期旅游的游客，唯一缺点是地理位置。你可以沿着对角线走到市中心，但需要将近一个小时。 或者你必须乘坐出租车或公共汽车。另外，如果你想去附近吃饭，没有（好的）餐馆，所以你最好呆在酒店。（酒店的餐厅非常好，就像我已经提到过的那样，但也许你不希望每天晚上都去同一个地方吃饭。）

Dear Jukes,
Some of our rooms have sofa bed and some of them just a regular sofa. If you are 3 people, you'll need to book for 3 adults and we will assign your reservation with a room with sofa bed or a rollaway bed depending of the availability of the dates you're staying.

We do have laundry service at the hotel but it is not self-service.
Close to us you have one self service laundry that the name is La Wash, about 15 minutes walking. We are not aware of the costs so you should check with them.
