All hotels in Brasília are, by design, located in the same 'setor' (sector), redering the whole area dull and life-less. Nobile is adjacent an abandoned and crumbling hotel, which gives the impression that you're in a besieged city.
The rooms (and bathrooms) are large and some have a good view, but I don't recommend this place. The staff (reception and breakfast lounge) are so unforthcoming one would think they're working in a former Soviet hotel or that a close relative just has passed away. . The tiny rooftop pool (spelt 'poll' in the elevators) is a baby tub. In other words: for the same outlays, you should be able to get something much better in the area...
