We read your comment in sadness without knowing whether it is true. Behind your anonymity there should be no impunity around your claims. We cannot defend ourselves and we do not know whether it is really our establishment that you criticise (there are a few establishments with the same name). In our establishment there is always one person on guard (at least). If you seem to have contracted a non-refundable fee under your responsibility and were unable to travel, you cannot blame the establishment of your purchasing decision. If you have really suffered a disease, you will have an insurance fund which will be able to pay you back the lost money. Warning ⛔️ Pickpockets roam in the hotel, we were pickpocket in the hotel they enter the elevators with us and we were caught off guard as we thought they were quest they ask for change and they pickpocket $200. They were able to ride the elevators in the hotel with out any security or Card access..
This is something I found to be unsafe. The Director of the hotel seem to not care about our complaint, and thought it was normal in Barcelona..

Con respecto a la seguridad de nuestro hotel, cumplimos con todas las normas que se nos exige siendo un Hotel de 3 estrellas.
Entenderán que, en Barcelona, como en tantas otras ciudades turísticas del mundo hay carteristas, que están esperando cualquier descuido por parte de los turistas para aprovechar. Tal como fue el caso de ustedes en el que los engañaron y fueron ustedes mismos quienes pusieron en manos del ladrón su billetera con el dinero dentro.
Lamentamos mucho lo ocurrido, pero comprenderán que hay ciertas cosas que no están en nuestro alcance, como controlar lo que hacen cada uno de nuestros huéspedes.
Por último, queremos aclarar que nunca hubo desinterés por parte de nuestro director, al contario, se ofreció a entregar cámaras a policía en caso de que quisieran hacer la denuncia y se puso el personal a disposición en caso de que necesitaran cualquier tipo de ayuda. Lo que recomendamos fue estar pendiente de los objetos personales en las zonas mas concurridas y el transporte público como lo hacemos siempre.
Lamentamos profundamente los inconvenientes que tuvieron en el hotel y esperamos volver a tenerlos aquí algún día para que puedan disfrutar del servicio que brindamos a nuestros clientes realmente.
Great Hotel and very near a Metro station. Very comfortable beds and room was good size. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. A five minute walk to Sagrada Familia and many restaurants in the area
While there's no bar here, the hotel is deliciously central. Staff are perfectly perfectly helpful. There is a good selection at breakfast and the rooms are as comfortable as you'd like.

Hotel Sagrada Familia is fairly good. It is 4 minutes away from a subway station which is very convenient. The staff is amazingly kind and helpful, the Brazilian girl is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need. I do have to say, I went for a weekend and didn’t have hot water 2 days, the room could get some renovations as they feel and look old. At the end, you get what you pay for.
