All the staff were very kind and helpful. The location was good and convenient. On the last day, I was planning to travel to a neighboring country by long-distance bus, so it was a relief to have the bus terminal within a 15-minute walk. The view of Sagrada Familia from the rooftop terrace was amazing.

Great hotel for weekend breaks.A short walk from the sagrada familiar where you can catch one of the city bus tours.We opted for the green route but wished we'd chosen the red route..They run every 10 mins so you can hop on and off as you please The staff in the hotel will book the tour for you which will save alot of time at the bus stop.Staff were really friendly and helpful.We would recommend the hotel breakfast as it can be quite difficult to find anywhere that serves a decent breakfast.And its alot more convenient.I forgot to take my phone power bank charger as there is alot of taking photographs and route planning.By the end of the day I was on 2% charge

We were made welcome from the moment we arrived at the Hotel.
Very helpful staff in all areas of the hotel.

Lovely room with a great view.
If we had only one issue, it would be the lack of English speaking tv which was BBC News, but there again you don't go to Barcelona for the tv.
We will definitely be going back.

We would just like to point out that we have a few more channels in English, in addition to the BBC news TV channel, as well as many other channels in other languages, in order to satisfy as many guests of many nationalities as possible.
But, in any case, as you have rightly commented... you don't have to come to a city as hectic as this one and with so many things to see and do, to watch television.

Ideal location. All attractions within walking distance. Lovely and clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Just need to go for breakfast earlier rather than later.
