Very nice location. Excellent service. Very good breakfast and gym. It is very convenient for staying with kids in Barcelona. Rooms are clean and spacious. AC is very quiet and windows are soundproof. I would highly recommend this place for people with kids

This was absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and friendly. I want to give a special shoutout to Graciela. Talk about hospitality.
My husband was having an issue with his computer and she told him to bring it down and with her expertise, it was working in no time.
One of my friends was celebrating a birthday and they noticed it from her paperwork and they wrote her a lovely note and gave her a box of cookies. My husband was exploring the area and got lost and he called up the hotel and she was able to get him back to the hotel.
We did not have tours booked and she did her best to get us to see everything that we needed to see. Graciela was so gracious. She really made our trip.
If I were going to
Barcelona, this is the only place that I would stay.

The hotel is Wonderful. I work as a Director in a luxury hotel in Dubai and Nico is the ideal Receptionist, his kindness, helpfullness, ideas to solve problema and the Hard work that he puts for growing the experience of the client i've never seen it in a hotel. He's the best Guest Experience Receptionist I've seen in years. He loves the work and puts all of him. The hotel is good a big hall but dark and without bar. The rooms are Good but not as big as I expected. But is the best 4 Star Hotel I've been in Barcelona as the hotel offer in Barcelona in my opinion is one of the worst one in the world small hotels with dark rooms, not comfy employers. This one made us feel comfortable. We would love a Bar and restaurant for next stay. The cleaning service could improve and the breakfast was fresh but not with a lot of variety, always the same. Thank you for this excellent experience with a special mention to Nico and Bel Art Team. We've been 4 rooms for 6 nights

Small bed in some rooms. We had to claim the room. the toilet is missing a cleaning brush. hard bread for breakfast on Sunday

Very nice and cozy hotel. Beds are really comfortable but can be a bit bigger. Breakfast is good and diverse. Close to the metro or to the Barcelona City Bus
