I´m a young professional who comes to Brasilia ate least 4 months a year for periods of 30 days.
I like staying at Lake Side mainly because the gym is included in the price, as well as all other leisure areas.
Nonetheless, the apartments are too old and are not cleaned properly. As soon as I got there I had to move one of the beds aside (because the wardrobe door woudn´t open!!!) and I found a botle of coke besides it. I was so surprised that I started looking for others and eventually found a gum, yes, a GUM, stick on the wall, close to the bed. Also, there were so many spider webs and the courtains are so dirty that I can´t stop sneezing and coughing (alergic reactions, certainly). I´d say it´s time to remove those carpets!
Other drawback is the kitchen. It´s next to the bathroom, small and the microwave is not working.
When I reported all that to the manager he said he´d change my room, but nothing happened. He also ofered a really good “day clean” but it also didn´t happen.
I am very disappointed because I never had such problems before, even staying in old bedrooms.

I stayed at Lakeside on a business trip at the beginning of April and was impressed with the courteous attention of the staff and the enormous, well appointed suite.

When I was checking out of the hotel, I inadvertently left behind a silver ring of enormous sentimental value. The hotel staff managed to locate my ring and shipped it to my home address on the other side of the country. Not only did they show enormous integrity and service standards, they graciously and prompty replied to my numerous inquires with utmost efficiency and politeness. They even responded in two English as well as Portuguese.

Although I have had enormous positive experiences with hotels, I have never been taken care of with such care and individualism.

Thank you to the staff of Lakeside!

Muito obrigada.

good bath, good bed, great view, nice pools and breakfast... but poor internet. I think the best words to describe the wifi are big disaster. if you need to be connected to work forget here. In 14 days I was actually able to use 1 day only.

The room is big and the lake is pretty. Everything else is sub-standard and/or worn out. Getting a taxi at night or in the morning can involve a long wait. There have to be better hotels for the same price in Brasilia. This one is really not good. I would not stay here again.

First of all, I was there on business and not looking for their Resort facilities. But one thing I can ensure: that's definitely not a Resort, it is a common Hotel inside a residential condo that shares some of the residents facilities (tennis courts and etc.) with the Hotel. So, if you are looking for a real Resort, keep looking!

Now, talking about my business stay: it was horrible! When I checked in and went to my room, I noticed the A/C unit was not working. Called the front desk and they sent a repairman. He was able to fix it and then I intended to have a shower. There was mold all over the walls and the drain was clogged! I had to deal with that disgusting experience AFTER starting my shower... Called the front desk again and they sent the same repairman. Fortunately, he saw how I was disappointed and helped me switching to their "premium" room. The changes from a "normal" one? None, only better linens and some extra amenities. Anyway, I was able to sleep BUT woke up early in the morning with sun on my face (there is no way to block sunlight with those curtains) and A/C unit was barely keeping the room temperature OK (it was a really small 7500 BTU unit for a large room).

All I can say is that I would never go there again (and hopefully I won't be forced to do so because of the nature of my job). The only positive thing was their Internet connection. Only wired but extremely fast.

Just spent a weekend at this hotel and the experience was just ok.

The pros:
 Big standard room, with small balcony, reading chair, minibar, small living, etc
 Location: Just by the side of the Lake and near the presidential palace and all other major government buildings
 Kids friendly: although it was not my case, the hotel had a lot of kids playing in the big pools and also monitors offered a lot of activities during the day

The cons:
 The bathroom is small and old, not in line with the large room. Leakage from shower box was a constant
 Air conditioning was not working properly (in addition to failure to cool the room as we wished, it kept “spilling some black pieces of “things” throughout the room)
 Breakfast buffet was just ok and service was below average
 Room service was not that efficient, as I entered my room for the first time and saw empty bottles of water, only one chocolate in the basket and a few pieces of paper through the floor

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for families with kids and with a concern to location and a wish to stay near the architectural jewels of Brasilia.

One of our worst recent hotel experience in Brazil (and there were many, unfortunately...).

We rented two rooms (for a family of 5) and had a really bad experience (rooms in different buildings, hot water not functioning, cleaning not done thoroughly, no breakfast included...), but what really made it a bad experience was nobody (the owner who posed as a professional, the Lake Side who refused to help or Booking.com from where we rented) took credit for our disappointment. It was basically our fault...

The residence itself is nice and usually liked, but the booking can be a real scam... Hope this review helps others !

well, this was the first time i went, wasnt expecting much due to bad reviews but i had a really pleasant experience. the room was very nice, clean, big bed (super king, i believe) the room is equipped with a smart tv, thus you can log into your netflix account or whatever else. we had breakfast and lunch included (due to paying more) and there are no complaints about either of those meals. staff is EXTREMELY nice, anything we asked for they very willingly tried to do. Only down side was that we had no microwave in our room, theyre more like flats than hotel rooms, so we expected that since we had a bunch of food due to lack of spending money.
There are pools, the main one is non-heated, there's one jacuzzi style that's heated, and a kiddie pool. sand volleyball court, tennis courts, pool side bar, sauna...
for those who havent been to brasilia, it is far from the city center, so be prepared to use Uber (way better than taxis, an usually a lot cheaper). there is room service and also a small convenience store in the lobby.
Anyway, it was an overall great experience.

I spent the weekend at Nobile Lakeside, the room has a good size, the bathroom is small, and the common areas of the building are under renovation. The floor of the room is an old carpet with pretty gruesome aspect. Deserves urgent reform.
The breakfast is good.
The pool area also needs reform.
