Not only Billy Brunch is a renowned brand for its genuinely friendly staff, but the Bailen branch, where you were, is the highest ranking we ever reached. Hundreds of customers have praised the team there. As you know already, since 2018, we strive daily to make our customers feel like home, all around Spain and I’m so sorry we’ve failed with you. I dedicate most of my time to implementing to my teams the 5* service standards I learned along my career. I spoke with the supervisors of that branch, they felt so sorry about your comment.
