A perfect place to stay in Corfu. Lovely host. We stayed at the poolside ground floor. Amazing views, big clean pool, easily accesible by car or bus. If you have to complain about anything it would probably be the sound isolation between rooms.
Recommended - a great location to explore the island from and to return to after a long day. Rooms clean, air conditioning amazing (and needed!), staff very helpful, pool lovely, would use again!
WIFI not great in certain places - staff did try to rectify this immediately - but otherwise would be a 5 Star review!
The Oceanis Rooms Apartment Studio was amazing,we was very happy with our stay. Every apartment has a spectacular view. Our studio worked well for 3 people including comfortable bed and very large outdoor patio with table and chairs. The pool was right outside our patio, Oceanis also has a private beach location which was only a very small walk away. If you was lucky as we we're you will see dolphins in the morning whilst having coffee from pool side patio. Car hire we highly recommended to enable you to visit the most beautiful and historical places Corfu island has to offer. Good beach for kids just 10 min in car is Dassia Beach, shallow warm water, another beautiful spot is Nissaki, really enjoyd bbq trip to Kassiopia. Local apartment little beach is a nature perl.Local Barbati has spectacular taverna bars etc with a 5 star recommendation from ourselves the starlight Taverna. With a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Fabulous food with price to match. Nice sandy beach is Agios Gordios, beautiful village, took a boat in Paleokastritsa, good service, fantastic views. Agios Georgios beach is about 50 min drive, nice sandy beach, we took a pedal boat to beautiful location named peninsula with fantastic views.. Pedaling the boat was a bit work, but it's better then walking there through rocky terrain.. We took drive up random mountain roads,stopping off at some amazing vew spots and mountain terraced view tavernas. Corfu Town has secure car parking close to old town for €5 a day parking.Parking 1 or Parking 2.(easily accessible on Google maps) For those who coming first time like ourselves,we would recommend first or last few days to stay in Corfu Town's as it's historical beauty and atmosphere has a lot to see and do.Paxio Antipaxoi islands we never went to as for 7 year old could be too long, its a long day. We stayed 2 weeks, could stay another week.. Corfu offers hiking, quad bikes, scooters, water sports, water park is great, great beaches.. Great food.. Friendly people.. What else we want when we get away from our homes and routine life's.. And we very gteatiful for local people who make you welcome..
We stayed four night and every night was a tough sleep. Beds are too hard. Bees buzz about. We arrived late and were disappointed by the room itself. Sheets were folded on the bed. We had to make it. Never saw staff during our stay despite dozens of other guests with us. However, the balcony and the view is amazing day and night.
The Oceanis rooms are located on the Eastern coast between Barbati and Nisaki, just next to the road connecting Kerkyra and Kassiopi. The bedrooms in the attics are giving on the side of the road, on which traffic is busy both during the day and at night. It is very inconvenient and it makes sleeping in the bedrooms difficult.
Furniture is basic and outdated. The beds are dammaged and the mattresses smel badly. The cleaning is far from being perfect. The bath tube has not been cleaned sińce long time.
Basically there is no one at the reception during the day, only 2 telephone nimbers are left in case of urgency.
What is good: view, tiny beach and the swimming pool (although the sun beds are simply dirty).
We planned to stay the entire week, but we left after 2 sleepless nights.
There are 2 Oceanis locations and the second seems to be better. Apparenly, the other reviews refer to the second location (closer to the Taverna).
