Having just got back from our second trip to this delightful resort, I'd like to echo the positive reviews that have been left recently. (And hopefully, redress some of the negative ones...)

I'm no connoisseur but I didn't find any watered-down beer, vodka or anything else. My wife tells me the cocktails were tasty and strong enough for her liking, the beer was cold and tasted fine to me.

We first visited some 10 years ago and had always planned to return. Like so many others, our booking was postponed a few times due to the pandemic. We kept it rather than getting a refund because we know how busy this resort gets - a testament to its quality, I feel.

Cleanliness is spot on with a veritable army of staff keeping the place looking good, the food and drink are plentiful and tasty - the a la carte restaurant is spectacularly good. But what really makes it is the staff. Everyone we encountered was polite, helpful and welcoming. There always seemed to be just the right amount of team leaders/managers on duty, too.
The buggy drivers, chefs, front-of-house staff and waiting team greeted us warmly each time they saw us; and this was in 34 degree heat!

Worthy of particular mention are the twins; Joy & Jean in the Beach Bar. They are more than waiting staff, they are excellent hosts and great ambassadors for the resort. If the resort manager reads this, please pass on our gratitude to them, they are a credit to your organisation.

Ignore the negative reviews, I have stayed in many hotels around the world and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this one to any one of my friends or family. We will be going back as soon as we can!

I have just seen a bad review which has annoyed me and encouraged me to leave my own.
Staff cannot do enough for you, I have stayed in many hotels and these staff were second to none. That goes for everyone,reception,buggy drivers, pool guy, waiting staff etc etc.
We requested a late check out room and we’re given the most fantastic swim up pool room which was an excellent touch.
Food is fantastic, beach restaurant (can book once a stay) is a must where memories are made.
Complaints about the location annoy me , do your research, there is nothing around and that what we wanted, complete peace and tranquillity.
This is the first hotel we have stayed in were you are not woken by cleaning trolleys, rumbling suitcases or loud voices at all hours. Complete peace and quiet.
If you don’t like the funicular lift , get a buggy ! The guys are great and very accommodating.
I just can’t rate this hotel highly enough. The location and staff make it.
It’s also spotless.
I am a fussy customer and can find fault with most things, not with this hotel, do not hesitate.

Absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived with a welcome drink to when we left this place never missed a beat.
We booked this hotel pre covid and decided to ‘hang in there’ when cancelled twice over two years and were glad we did.
We had a private pool room with all inclusive on the lowest level so closest to the beach which was fantastic.
Cleaned every day and the fridge restocked without the need to ask.
Due to the distance and steepness of the hill to the main facilities the porters run you around in golf buggies, brilliant and a great idea.
The main pool complex is fantastic along with the food. Excellent presentation and selection for all meals and really tasty.
The staff couldn’t do enough for us and all were fantastic, to the point you could have a ‘sit down chat’ with them when time allowed.
Overall a really relaxing resort and one we have already rebooked for 2023!
