What a hotel.

We booked this as a last minute break for just over £1k for bed and breakfast. Didn’t expect too much but what a surprise we got.

Everybody is greeted and dispatched by a member of staff at the front steps. A nice touch.

Nearly every person we spoke to had been before. Most new arrivals were greeted with welcome back hugs. One couple told us they’ve been coming back twice a year for over twenty years!!!!!

It doesn’t take long before you see why either.

The staff are just genuinely nice people. Always chatting while putting in a tremendous amount of work. Paula in particular what a grafter and such a lovely woman.

Our room was huge, two balcony’s, a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary bottle of wine. Every morning we went for breakfast and the room was already cleaned on our return. It was cleaned properly as well, spotless.

Breakfast was adequate, cooked and cold breakfasts available. Again the staff encourage you to go back for more. The snack bar and drinks are excellent. Tasty meals, a good choice available, at decent prices as were the drinks. The beer served in ice cold glasses, absolute heaven. Cocktails and premium brands available.

The pool is huge, clean, most of the time you almost have it to yourself. Whether that’s due to most of the guests being elderly or middle-aged I don’t know but I wasn’t complaining. I loved it.

Even the Jet2 rep showered praise on the place.

You are a pleasant three minute walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to the main strip for excellent restaurants and the usual shops. Just far away enough not to be disturbed by the noise.

For the price it’s an absolute bargain. Would definitely recommend and definitely go back.

Looked at the bookings this September out of interest and there didn’t appear to be anything available. I can understand why. I cannot put into words how good this place is.

My only complaint is that a week hasn’t been long enough. This is one of the few holidays that I’m not yet ready for home, which for me is unusual.😞
