With regards to the air conditioning, you were provided with a two bedroomed apartment therefore there are two air conditioned units. It is entirely your prerogative whether you choose to use both units as this is personal preference but unfortunately we have to charge per self catering room and not per unit.
We are sorry you felt that reception wasn't interested, this was indeed not the case, you will appreciate we have strict procedures to adhere to, failure to adhere would result in a complex being closed temporarily until procedures were followed, it is for this very reason that we have to be stringent and follow these to the letter. Remember you chose to holiday during a very difficult time throughout the world, it would have been a failure on our part had we not told you about the rules relating to Covid 19 restrictions.
We are sorry the room was not to your satisfaction, we are currently trying to work through a renovation programme for the complex but unfortunately due to the collapse of Thomas Cook and the subsequent pandemic, we have been unable to continue and complete the schedule of works as quickly as we would have liked. With regards to your issue regarding utensils, bowls etc, you in fact could have just asked and we would have provided extra for you. Instead to chose to replenish them yourself.
