This was the best hotel staff ever! the music at the pool was also so amazing! Shout out to Juan Carlos, kesky, Jeffery at the reception, delvis at the beach bar, front desk ladies were all great, met a manager called Yamina at the restaurant who was also wonderful, so many other people to mention.. thank you everyone for the great experience, would love to go back, definitely the best beaches in the world! 🥰

Overall great experience. Ulises served us with great entertainment. He took care of us with the local culture. Food was amazing. Well prepared. Beach was extravagant with exceptional views of long sandy beaches and blue water. Ulises was the the staple in making this experience one of a kind

Our time at Memories Paraiso was absolutely incredible! The beach was absolutely gorgeous with a lovely breeze on the hottest days, and on the cooler (24c HA!) days, you could always hang out by the pool and enjoy music and entertainment! The room was actually nicer than advertised, and we were never far from food, drinks, or fun!What really made the trip was the staff - super friendly and incredibly helpful.
A very special thank you goes out to a few staff members who were absolutely amazing! First and foremost to Yamilka, who works in guest experience and made our time at the Resort that much more special, you are an all star! Another shout-out goes to Santiago, who worked in the theater bar and some of the satellite bars - after asking for the best drink from every bartender I met, Santiago's was hands down the greatest drink on resort (no, it didn't have a name!). Finally, the last shout-out goes to Ernesto, who worked in the lobby bar/coffee area - you're the most stylish guy at the resort, and you absolutely made one night of our trip when you were able to help us out with food and drinks.
