Amazing beach. Beautiful gardens. Nice pools. The animation team was very kind and fun ! I like the fact that there was animated area and more peacefull one. Perfect balance ! The staff was very polite and attentive. I was there with my mom for one week and it was a wonderful trip !

When going to Cuba, be open minded & lower your expectations!!
Go for the beach ( it is glorious & divine) & drinks. It was our second time in Cuba in 2 months & my girlfriend decide to try Memories Paraiso Resort.
In general the resort is ok..
Positive points: close to market ( 5min walk), nice pools with good entertainement , most of the things are at a walking distance , rooms are nice but lower your expectations!!
( our room didn't have a phone , no air conditioning until the middle of our week, card deactavated twice, stain on the sheet & shower curtain. patio door didn't lock.)
Most of the staff is friendly & kind!! specialy Junior (at the front desk!) & thomas
( bartender at the pool & beach) they wer our favorite! Great service from both! ( the resort need more employees like them)
Negative points: information is never clear, the buffet ...... the buffet... lol well it is what it is.. cold food... sometime hard to tell what it is and hard to tell if it's cook or not.
Verry salty & oily food
You will eat better at the grill at the pool & beach. Breakfast wise, you can have eggs after a 15min waiting time in the lineup. if you are lucky , maybe you can find pancakes. beacon is nevers cook but you can ask the cook at the egg station to cook it more!
like i said earlier , you need to lower your expectation so you won't be disapointed.
On our final day , some employees wer on a scaffold painting the lobby at 4pm on a saturday while everyone was waiting for their transfer at the airport! lobby was full and they wer asking us to move with our lugguage so they can paint overhead!! . I know that they have a job to do, but painting a lobby when it's full of peoples ....Really!!
Diamond Club is needed if you want to have a better service for the rooms ( early check in & late check out, water, beer, soft drinks in the fridge, but expect that , it's not worth it. Diamond club section on the beach is more crowded than the regular section.
and the special section at the buffet is not different from the regular one.
In general we had a nice week but would not consider going back to that resort.

Our vacations in Memories were super excellent, a great experience, lots of fun with their entertainment guys, the service of their workers was great, very attentive, without a doubt, we will return to Cuba and to Memories.

the rooms need alot of tlc like working fridges and safes.the workers are still top notch and the reason me and my wife keep coming back from Alonso,Chino and Viktor at the lobby bar to Dabe cleaning the pool all treated us like part of the family.this side was very queit and laid back. the buffet got a little repetative pretty well only chicken no milk at breakfast last 2 days but i understand there are problems in cuba but we need some sort of variety.Lastly i would like to give a big shout out to new manager Fernando who made sure we had all the little problems fixed he is without a doubt the most engaging member of management i've met in ten times here . hopefully sunwing can fix some of the issues with the rooms.

The rooms were spotless, all staff was very helpful and friendly. The amenities were all clean and readily available for use. The night entertainment was great, Carlos was really helpful and an amazing member of the staff, he definitely deserves a raise! Overall I’d recommend this resort to anyone looking for a nice peaceful, relaxing getaway
