We returned to Cobblers Cove after an excellent stay last year, and this time our expectations were exceeded.

We were at the hotel when Hurricane Beryl narrowly missed Barbados, but there were full-scale preparations in place. The staff were amazing - they battened down the hatches, cleared everything away and many stayed at the hotel to ensure the guests were looked after. This included Joanna, the General Manager, who postponed her own vacation to stay on duty. Provisions were provided in the room, and the on site generator ensured no power outages. Next day, the team swam full scale into action, getting it all shipshape as if nothing had happened. They were, without exception, magnificent.

Throughout our stay, we were well looked after by Gregory, Dee, Virgil and the rest, too numerous to mention.

Thanks to all the team for looking after us during what was a difficult time for all Baijans.

Wonderful experience

This was our third time at cobblers cove everything about our experience was exceptional from the time we arrived until we left. The beach was perfect for swimming with some nice snorkeling. It is not crowded we could walk on the beach to speightstown where there is a grocery store and some nice casual restaurants. The grounds at cobblers are enchanting we spent early AM enjoying a wonderful breakfast the restaurant is ocean front with a spectacular view. We enjoyed the restauant the food this time was the best from our previous visit it was always good but now is top notch. We ate there more than we had originally plan planned as each evening the menu changed. The daily boat ride was great with Bradley , Roger or Ricardo we were able to stop and snorkel. The best part of cobblers though is the people. Too many to name. Thank you for such a great time. We will be returning

Very relaxing with lots of amenities

Small suites with air-conditioned bedrooms. Beautiful tropical gardens with copious loungers, restaurant, and swimming pool adjacent to the beach. Small reefs full of life are accessible for snorkeling directly from the hotel. Kayaks are available from the hotel

A truly relaxing holiday

Just finishing 10 days in this wonderful hotel. I'm travelling with my husband and twin 17 year old boys. The place is a haven of tranquility with excellent attention to detail. Our 2 bedroom suite was immaculately clean with a wonderful colonial, other worldly appeal. This is not the place to come if you want loud music and round the clock entertainment, but if you want wonderful surroundings, a beautiful beach side location, amazing and attentive staff this is the place to come. Special shout out to the attentive and Professional bar staff, and especially Virgil who we had many the interesting chat over our night caps! Being totally honest, the breakfast was very tasty and varied, but we ate at other restaurants in the area for dinner. But we were always happy to return to our beautiful hotel. Our twin 17 Yr old boys took full advantage of the varied water sports: snorkeling, water skiing , tennis and the gym. All in all we had a wonderful relaxing holiday and can't wait to return.

Just as we remembered!

Having been to Barbados many times previously and married at Cobblers Cove in 1994, we returned with our daughter and her partner in celebration of our 30th Wedding Anniversary.
Stylish, charming, peaceful, intimate and discerning - exactly as we remembered.
All the staff are personable, helpful and very friendly.
It’s expensive, yes - but you really do get what you pay for here, that being a relaxing, quiet vibe - no music, no loud conversation etc, just the lapping of waves - perfect.
What you won’t get is the usual rowdy, hullabaloo of most holiday hotels! It’s lovely!
We’ll definitely be back - but certainly won’t leave it so long this time!

Room tip: Complain to the pool guy if you see unused reserved sun beds. To the hotel’s credit, it will be dealt with it immediately.
