clean , modern hotel.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2022via mobile
We stayed here for a week. Hotel was very clean. We had one of the updated rooms, it was really nice. The cleaners came once a day and did a great job. We had to pay extra for the safe, I think it was 16 euros for the week. Usually a safe is included in the cost, so this seemed odd to have to pay extra.
The buffet food was of a good standard. There is nothing to moan about, all the food was nice and a good selection. I enjoyed everything I had. We did eat out a few times just to break it up a bit , as the buffet does get slightly repetitive.
The hotel provide towels for the pool, so no need to take any. You can collect pool towels from reception.
Pool area was large, and lots of sun beds. But the sun beds around the pool do get reserved quite early. - sometimes the people that reserved them weren’t actually arriving until after lunchtime. Very annoying. Hotel/pool staff should be on top of it a bit more, And removing towels from sun beds after an hour if no one shows up?!
The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to Kos town. Bring comfy shoes if you plan on walking.
there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Very cheap bus tickets.
There is also a shop to hire bikes/cars outside hotel entrance.
Hotel staff are very friendly. The service is really good on an evening at the bar.

Men need to bring long trousers to eat in the buffet on a night time. If you don’t have long trousers on you will be asked to go and change and refused entry.

Not sure why the rule only applies to men about being smart/ wearing long trousers?
Women can wear anything - we saw women wearing pool clothes ( towel shorts and vest tops) and they didn’t get sent out to change? Slightly unfair, especially expecting men to wear long trousers in the heat… And it does seem pointless because after they eat they go and get changed then sit in the bar area in shorts. The bar area is right next to the restaurant and the tables are all together?

Overall a really Nice stay - we would stay here again.

We had a great week! Food was the best I have ever had for a buffet. It was clean and well maintained. Staff were great, call out to Aga and Spatak and the lady boss that kept everything working really well. It is a bit further out of town but a nice walk or cycle (be careful on the bikes, its a bit chaotic!)

It is a great hotel we had the unrefurbished rooms , but is was fine you can pay more for better rooms but we found it fine for a weeks relaxing holiday.
The food is really very good compared to many 5 star hotels and cruises we have been on ,the desserts way above what many of the competition come up with.Great selection for breakfast and dinner whether you arwe a vegetarian or not. I fanyone grumbles about the food I suggest they go self catering or stay at home .i.m.h.o
The swimming pools were very good, warm and clean. Ignore TUI site about pool towels , due to this saying they charge for them and decided to take our own ,they are free but not massive so we used both. The entertainment guy Mike is a real gem from Nigeria, and works hard to get enthusiasm up for aqua aerobics and volleyball, suggest you do the former it was good fun.
Although reception were helpful I was disappointed that they did not respond to my email sent a day before we went and was ignored ,so management should either scraop the email address or preferably resolve the admin issues of this oversight.
It is near a nice marinas 20 min walk and 30 mins Kos town or bus is 1.4 euros to the town the only downside is the beach is pretty dire ,manmade ,a few dozen trucks of sand along 6 miles varies large stones or pebbles to get in the sea. I only went in the sea once as the pools were so good and beach naff, it is a great place for a weeks rest and bit of exploring , but if you want sandy beaches go South

This hotel is a great place to stay, so clean and tidy with clear pride in taking care of all parts of the hotel. The food is good and the service is amazing. The waiters, waitresses, bar staff and animation team all make the holiday special. They are so friendly, polite and courteous but also fun and entertaining. Maria and Spartak run the restaurant and bar amazingly, their work ethics are exceptional and we saw many many people returning to stay due to how friendly the staff are.
The bar staff at night work so hard to serve everyone quickly and it is fantastic to see how well they work together. The animation team are brilliant but we have to say Mikey is the best entertainer we have seen for a long time the way he engages with people and gets them involved is brilliant.
There are a few tavernas local to the hotel but Kos city is only a 20-30 min walk depending how fit you are or a 5 min bus ride from the stop right outside hotel. Kos is a beautiful city especially around the harbour and the gift shops are very picturesc.
Only downside for us was the price of drinks we think is very high given you are an almost captive audience with beer at €4.30 a pint but often has a good 1-2 inch froth on top so not even a good pint worth.
Also needs some cushions for bar stools as can be very uncomfortable.
Overall a fantastic place to stay you won't be disappointed.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
Excellent Food: The breakfast and dinner food was fantastic, and so much choice. Best we've ever had in Greece, and we're seasoned travellers!
Bars had excellent cocktails and drinks, and the Taverna had a good choice of tasty food too.
ALL staff were very friendly and helpful, and worked so hard to make our holiday great.

On the down side, our bathroom was looking very tired, there was an over-bath shower, and it was very slippery with only a low down handrail and no inner shower mat, so very precarious to use.
The mattress was uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep as every time either myself or my husband moved in the slightest, the whole king size mattress shook, waking us up. If we return, I shall request twin beds. Trying to sleep was exhausting!
The hotel was at full capacity so there was no chance of a late checkout, and they kept us waiting until the last night to let us know. Which was a little frustrating, but there are separate shower rooms in the basement.

However, despite my minor negative comments, we had a great time, and we would return.
We would like to say a special thank you to, Amalia in the onsite taverna for such great service, Nora in the Lobby Bar for looking after us so well every evening, Spartak in the Main Bar who works so hard, Aga in the restaurant for keeping the coffee flowing in the morning and excellent service, and finally Mikey on the entertainment team for being such a happy and friendly guy.

My friend and I have just returned from a week at this lovely hotel.

It’s so clean and the staff cannot do enough for you. I can honestly say I’ve never met such happy, polite and obliging staff.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, so much so we are considering going back again in September
