What can I say about this hotel.

Location is excellent. Proper authentic Spanish style hotel with a family run feel to it.

Lovely spacious apartments with fridge, sink and somewhere to cook if you want.

Pool was fairly quiet. It's not that big, but sufficient enough for fun times.

Complex is spotlessly clean. Restaurant not overly busy and not hustle and bustle like you get at bigger hotels.

All the staff are excellent and very welcoming and polite and couldn't do enough for you.

Hotel is at the bottom of a steepish road which may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

Reception is situated on the first floor with stairs leading to the restaurant and pool area.

Some of the apartments are residential/owned so not everyone there will be holiday makers, however this is no issue at all. Thought I would just make people aware as I've heard a negative comment about this in previous reviews.

Location is spot on. Short walk along the coast and you're met with shops, bars restaurants. All you could ask for.

No issue with getting sunloungers and all kept in very good condition and as far as sunloungers go, quite comfy.

Beds in the apartment are also very comfy so never had any issues with getting a good night's sleep.

We went all inclusive for New Year and food was tasty and always hot. Like ive said before, not a massive restaurant but still plenty of table space.

Pool bar never got too busy for queueing. Bar snacks were some of the best I have had. Stone baked pizzas were beautiful. Decent choice of snacks.

The effort they put into New Year's Eve was unreal. Made the place look awesome with a gangster feel. Everyone e had a very good time and even served drinks after the All Inclusive finish time. Finished off with a fireworks display to bring in 2024.

I've been and travelled to many places as a family, and this is by far one of my favourite hotels based on cleanliness, service, location and very pleasant staff.

Would I return again. I'd don't usually tend to return to hotels I've already been to as I like to try different ones, however, in this case, the answer is definitely yes. I was even thinking of rebooking for Easter whilst I was there.

All in a it was a very pleasant surprise and a very enjoyable cheeky 3 day family break away for New Year.

We stayed for 2 weeks in December including Christmas Day.
Positives: The staff were very friendly and attentive, for example, we had a problem on arrival with our air conditioning and it was fixed in 10 minutes. The room (studio) was spacious with plenty of storage, fridge, kettle and rings with cutlery and crockery. It was very clean. Lighting in the rooms was very good for reading. The shower over the bath could have been better (it was a plastic shower head) but was adequate. The pool area was large and the pool was heated. Prices at the pool bar area were reasonable. The entrance was about 100 metres from the seafront prom, but a beach was a 10 to 15 minute walk along the traffic free prom. The Christmad day meal was very good and well presented.
Negatives: The food - If you are are true vegetarian (do not eat fish) you would struggle most evenings. Sometimes there were no vegetables and when there were they often had bacon in them and so did the rice and occasional paella. Chips every night although Canarian potatoes were often available. The meat dishes were cooked well but a bit samey if you are there for 2 weeks. The bacon and sausage at breakfast was poor quality but the choice os other things was ok.
Sunbeds: - There were plenty but many people rushed to reserve them and disappear for hours on end even though there is a notice up. This should be monitored and stopped!
All in all it is a 3 star hotel not a 4 star or more. We would stay again but perhaps not half board. There were many people there who return time and again who ate out most nights.

This was our first time experiencing Christmas away from home 🎅
The hotel and its staff were amazing and we will be definitely coming back!!
Rooms were spacious and clean with a fridge and kitchen plus utensils, if you fancied cooking for yourself
The gala Christmas Dinner was out of this world, it had a choice of food to suit everyone's taste buds 😋
