We came to the Farioness Hotel in June for 14 nights to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi it was all done so perfectly someone come to greet us and took our cases and took us into the reception. We were sat down and offered a glass of Prosecco or orange juice, while we waited To be checked in. The staff on the reception were so welcoming and friendly. We were told that our room had been upgraded and that will we would be on the sixth floor. We walked into the room and wow, it was so beautiful we had a lovely view of the pool and all the palm trees and sea it was perfect. The beds are so comfortable as are the pillows. The toiletries purr pur were so beautiful to use Such a high-quality product So was a real treat. The maids Work so hard to keep your room spotless each day you will have two bottles of water and some little treats and then in the evening you had to turn down on the bed and two Lindt chocolates left by the bedside which was lovely. To show our appreciation for their hard work, we left them little treats each day to say thank you. On our actual anniversary, we walked into the room and wow, what a beautiful surprise we had the most beautiful owers and chocolates. The flowers were truly stunning. It was such a wonderful surprise and truly did make our day more special so thank you very much for that. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had the couples massage and it really was excellent. It was in a beautiful setting in the gardens and was absolutely perfect listening to the waves while having the massage which was absolutely beautiful then After we were given champagne and chocolate and we had this outside on the terrace, definitely recommend this. Breakfast Is fantastic as soon as you sit down the staff greet you and offer you hot drinks and orange juice. The breakfast choice is the best we’ve ever had. There was something there for everybody. We didn’t have a problem with the sunbeds we went to a nice quiet little spot but we did notice that people were leaving towels then going off for several hours and not coming back which I think is a bit selfish as some people you could see were looking for beds. The grounds are Absolutely stunning and so well maintained they are constantly working to keep them looking so beautiful. The hotel reception area as soon as you walk in it smells absolutely beautiful and has the most stunning flower display at the entrance. We were lucky as they changed the display while we were there so we got to experience two stunning display. The evening buffet Which is €53 per person Plus drinks. We went down to get a table outside, but were told There wasn’t any available outside, but if we would like to wait, they would call us when one became available and within 30 minutes we were called and had a beautiful table ready for us. The choice of the food again was amazing so much choice which was enjoyed with a nice bottle of wine so it really was a lovely evening. Fariones You were everything we wish for and more. You truly deserve your five star as we felt like we were in paradise for the 14 nights and we were extremely lucky with the weather. It was beautiful. Thank you for making our holiday to remember And hopefully one day in the future, we will be able to come back to your stunning hotel. You are all amazing, so thank you.

We booked this 18 months ago after looking around the hotel. In fact, we booked it as soon as we got home . This was a treat from my wife to celebrate my 66th birthday.

On arrival, our cases were unloaded, we went through check in and were upgraded to a room on a higher floor, which was great-the only downside was that the previous occupants hadnt checked out, so we had about a 2 hour wait until it was available. We were given a complimentary drink while we waited. The wait was worth it. The room was very large and the view was gorgeous and 5he 2 double beds were so comfy.

Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful . We used the services of the guest experience team several times and nothing was too much trouble.

There was a good selection of food at breakfast. We ate dinner in the bar on our last night and Lucia and Pedro had agreed we could order food off of the more extensive lunch menu-thank you for that-the Cherne was delicious.

We also ate in the Bella Lucia buffet one night and enjoyed the meal, but were shocked when paying that the cost was 53 euros each without drinks. This is currently the only restaurant on the website that doesn't have a menu and prices and this should be rectified.

On my birthday, a delivery of a freshly made cake and decorations were delivered and this was a lovely gesture as we had not mentioned this at all. Thank you.

The grounds are extensive and beautifully maintained. The pool staff were helpful with problems putting the parasol up. There was never a problem finding beds in a good location.

Would we return? Absolutely, but I have got to start saving now for this.
