Room was very ugly as ugly as the „“owners““.
Tho I heard they Don’t Own the place but only renting it from a crazy person that they took for granted.
The staff Anna was very bad and rude, treated people like trash.
We reported the staff Anna to the owner Gloria but she just took her side and called us „“Idiots““ and just insulted and demoralize us the whole time.
Food is very bad.
Never stay here.

We went here to eat lunch because the restaurant we originally wanted to go to was closed at that time and Fatwave is in the same compound. We got sinigang na hipon, fruit shakes, and samosa. Food didn’t take long to serve, i tasted it and it’s really good! Plus each serving was hefty. Great! We were even considering to book one of their rooms since we were thinking of extending one more day in La Union - Except that I lost my appetite before I even got to actually eat the moment I went to their restroom. Their 2 restrooms (just 1 for men and another 1 for women) are situated all the way to the back of their restaurant and accommodations. Imagine this, restaurant is at the beach front, right behind are their room accommodations, and faaaarther back are the restrooms for restaurant guests. I just think they should’ve had those near the restaurant itself. So that’s the first. I took a peek before actually entering the restroom and saw stuff floating in the toilet water. You know what it is. Lots of it. For the love of God. It was DISGUSTING to say the least! I hurried out and a man was sitting near their shower rooms meters away. Idk if he works for Fatwave but after i told him what horror i saw in there, he told me to try the men’s restroom instead. I was already having second thoughts because it might be worse! But I peeked inside still. There wasn’t anything floating but there’s urine spattered all around the toilet bowl, all over the place, and the smell.. the smell took out all the remaining hunger and appetite in me. I was trying not to throw up while walking all the way back to the restaurant. I told the smiling staff in the resto about it. They didn’t seem surprised at all! Hmm. They just said they’ll have someone clean it up. I asked if there are any other restrooms, and there’s none. I barely touched the food and i was just so eager to leave the place pronto. Terribly disgusting.
