This hotel was not clean, did not smell right. Bathroom and ac unit had rust and leaked. Mattresses have massive stains making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Hallways smells horrible like grease and fish

Our room was ok. Clean for the most part. Comfortable. But I felt bathroom tub could get just a little more cleaning. Also, the bathroom was just too small. Wish it was bigger. I think all rooms should be exact. Some of the rooms didn't have a sofa bed or some of them were smaller than the other sofas. My family & I stayed & we had 2 1bedroom suites & 3 studios.

Roaches everywhere. The place in infested with them. Employees think it is no big deal. The first room had so many they wouldn’t run away when you came into the room. They moved us to another room and it was fine until the last day. We found one in the bathroom. The rooms need to be updated and cleaned better. They are working on the exterior but they need to work on the rooms. The pool was nice. The walk to the beach was a bit of a walk, but I expected that. Recommend getting the bus pass as parking is very expensive. The buses will take you anywhere on the island.
