The hotel was great and had everything we needed. With no fault of the hotel the area is very noisy with construction on other properties around the hotel. The nights are very noisy between the sirens and vehicles the loud mufflers. It is close to the beach and easy walk to many dinning places.

Being in a big city we do get the street and traffic noise. I'm glad that the room on the back side of the building was quieter side away from the construction.

The hotel is average, just ok.
Pros: definitely walkable to the beach, you can use beach towels from the hotel, and there is a small frig and microwave in room too. It was clean. The staff seemed friendly enough.
Cons: pretty worn out and could use a refresh for sure, trim is beat up throughout the room, the door to the bathroom is janky (weird slider with the tp holder on it), looks like the grout in the tile was painted at one point and is now flaking again, someone carved words into the popcorn ceiling, etc. Also, we wanted to sleep in a couple times, but the trash trucks woke us each morning at 6:!5 a.m. or so. I wished for more sound proof windows at that time. And, the pillows were quite firm.
I probably wouldn't stay again.

I am local and stayed with you because my landlord is fixing damage in my apartment caused by a unit above ours. We had to move a lot of items out of the apartment last minute due to asbestos concerns, so the first night we got in pretty late (after midnight).
As a point of reference: my landlord booked this room.
I had checked in earlier that day just in case and went to park (I had a permit), but there were no stalls. I went to speak to the person at the desk who told me to illegally park in the access aisle in the surface lot. This was concerning to me because (1) it isn’t a stall and (2) access aisles are usually smaller than an average stall. I raised these concerns and asked if my (brand new) car would be okay (since I had no other choice but to park there) and she said “your car will get hit.” And, honestly, having parked there the rest of my stay, the state of both parking lots makes me believe this was a sentiment grounded in experience—the stalls are dangerous to get both into and out of and parking in a location that isn’t a stall only increases the likelihood that someone will hit you. I was tired and not ready to hear a blatant admission that the safety of the lots was subpar, so I told this individual that that was an improper statement to make: to guarantee my car will be hit. I can guarantee that I would not have parked there if I had another choice. She walked back her statement and mentioned they weren’t at fault if someone hit me (true and untrue, but largely untrue since I was instructed to park in an access stall, but I digress). At any rate, this experience, along with the disregard for COVID protocols (I counted four individuals not wearing masks in elevators in our first day and a half), were unacceptable. I was already stressed due to our apartment situation and my stay here only increased my stress

I have truly enjoyed my stay. The staff has been exceptionally kind and helpful. They have answered every question I had. The hotel is in walking distance to the beach but yet far enough away from the noise of the main strip to have quiet days and nights. I’ll be back!

Way too expensive to not even provide water or breakfast. Also the airport should be free for the price.. The advertised price is extremely deceiving. It was advertised as 70$ but to have 125$ cleaning fee and 40$ for administrative fees plus taxes. I'm sure they catch a lot of people on the sticker price but the additional fees will make them feel very deceived and let down with the experience. I will not recommend this place to anybody if there are no other options to try.
