I loved my overnight stay at Renew! The staff are so friendly, the vibe of the whole place is so cool. The pillows & bed were super comfy, 2 minute walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Complimentary drink from the bar/cafe was a nice touch! I would definitely stay here again :)

Great place to recover from jet lag after an 18 hr travel day. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Just a half block from the beach and dining. Really appreciated the complementary cocktails and conversation in the bar.

Mary is such a great addition to the Hotel Renew staff! She made my whole trip! Mary’s Check In was very personable and went above and beyond to make my stay even better.
She, Owen and Crescente also suggested the best places to eat around in town! We hope to see Mary again when we book our next trip!

Very expensive for what you get. Tiny room with few amenities. View of the back alley. Stayed one night. Paid over $200 for the room on a weeknight. Payment in full charged up front. Then, upon arrival, was required to pay $100 for a security deposit (refundable) even though credit card info was on file for incidentals. Tried to convey displeasure to front desk, fell on deaf ears. Hid behind company policy. Poor service. The people do not know how to provide customer service instead of company policy enforcement. There are way too many options in Waikiki - will stay elsewhere next time. Really bad experience here.
