We arrived in the cruise port at 9am and went straight to the hotel. They offered to store our bags and asked if we wanted to freshen up. We thought we would go to Ala Moana Mall until time for check-in, and was directed to the bus stop. The room was spacious and newly refurbished.

We were able to check in rather quickly. Parking was available. Our room was clean and in order. We were happy with our stay. The only change I would make is to have two switches in bathroom so lights and fan were separate.

The beds were comfortable. Nice room with micro, refrig, safe, coffee pot. Hotel has laundry at affordable cost. Close to many restaurants with IHOP below the hotel. Mike at the Bell Desk very admirable, helpful, always greets with a big smile. Rest of staff are friendly and will make sure your stay is the best! Great water pressure with coconut amentities in shower/tub. Hallways quite, 3 elevators are fast. Vending machine affordable. Fresh water refill dispenser in lobby. Balcony is comfortable with 2 chairs and a table. Plenty of storage for your personal items. Large TV, DVD.
Room tip: Pool is nice, was never crowded. 4’ deep
