The hotel is centrally located along Waikiki Beach within walking distance of everything. It's comfortable, decent Wifi, great restaurant, even an ocean view. The staff are wonderful, especially CoCo who took great care of us. Thank you!

It was a very great family vacation experience. I wish we could stay longer to explore the grandeur
of The State of Hawaii. We had such a good stay at The Waikiki Resort Hotel. We appreciate the warm hospitality and very courteous hotel staff specially the Lady from housekeeping.

We weren’t sure what to expect when we got there. Our flight landed 2 hours before check in and they were able to let us check in early with no issues. We also had asked for a late check out since our flight didn’t leave until after 8p and for an extra charge we were able to keep the room until 6p.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was super friendly, helpful and always had smiles on their faces. This is an older hotel and really could use an update but the rooms were very comfortable. Our bathroom was a bit tiny- the bath was about half the size (literally) of a regular bathtub. The refilled the shampoo, soaps, conditioner and lotions everyday, and they noted they change the sheets every 4 days. The balcony was great!

We had one issue with our safe (stopped working with our stuff in it) and they came up within minutes and had it fixed! The resort is a block from the beach (about 2-3 minute walk).

I would recommend hotel to anyone especially for those on a tighter budget. We saved over $1700 staying here and walking a block to the beach compared to staying at a hotel beachside. We also had a grab n go breakfast included when we booked!
