The staffs were very nice and helpful. I gave 4 stars because during the time I stayed at the hotel, we have to move to different room due to loss internet access, the second problem is the safe lock is not open, so we have to wait until 9am in the morning for someone to open. This is cause a little bit in-convenient.

We could not have had a better experience! We were greeted with a refreshing glass of pineapple juice after a nine hour flight. Hour room was a little on the small side, but we weren’t in it much. The bed was wonderful and the pillows were amazing! The staff was incredible! Everyone had a smile and a kind word. The valets were on top of their job and just as kind as they could be! It’s not a huge hotel so you don’t get lost in it. It’s a beautifully intimate place to spend a wonderful time. You can’t go wrong!

Pros
- Amazing location in the heart of Waikiki. Super quick access to shopping, restaurants, bars, and beaches.
- Friendly staff.
- Clean rooms with slow but reliable WiFi.
- Free beach gear.
Cons
- Breakfast was not good, bordering on inedible for us.
- Low water pressure shower with hard to use dispensers for shampoo/body wash/conditioner. We ended up buying our own shampoo and body wash because it was too hard to use.
- Room was on the small side.
Got the job done though. For the price it was ok.

The location to Vive hotel was in close walking distance to many shops and restaurants in waikiki. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. We had a king Jr suite. The king bed was super comfortable. The walk in shower was huge! The only downfall was the pull out sofa bed. It wasn't the most comfortable to sleep on. But overall we enjoyed our hotel stay.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and Roger at the front desk was great. The rooms are small and there is no pool or balcony, but for our purposes it fit the bill. Two blocks away is the Moana Surfrider, shopping and Waikiki beach. You can't beat the price. We even were given a delicious drink at check-in.
