Wonderful accommodations and location in Estes Park.

Don’t let false advertising lead you away from Ram’s Horn time shares. We have two treasured time shares, purchased in 2004, and what a bargain, haven’t missed a year! They are great at maintenance, nothing ever is “unkempt”, always on top of any problems that may come up and renewing as required. And such a great location, close to town but for enough away to be private. Located in beautiful Estes Park, CO. You won’t find any better anywhere!

The Inn on Fall River, on the banks of a sparkling mountain stream, is built on land that was once within the original boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park, and retains some of the same magnificent natural surroundings ... the charm of a crystal clear stream, giant pine and spruce, some 300 years old, mountain views wherever you look... Halfway between the village of Estes Park and the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, a perfect setting for a memorable vacation.

We've managed to stay at Rams Horn several times over the years and we're never disappointed. The resort is beautiful and well kept. The staff are extremely friendly very knowledgeable about Estes and the National Park. Give them a try you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I was finally able to book this resort through RCI after three years trying to get a unit! We stayed in an adorable, clean, dual-townhome-cabin, which was filled with everything we needed, and the size was perfect for the two of us. Most importantly, the beds were super-comfy, the carpet was soft and fluffy, and the resort was so quiet, even when we opened the windows at night. We loved having the outdoor space (out back) to watch birds and breathe in the fresh mountain air, and the upstairs deck was a nice touch, as we opened the door at night to enjoy the cool breezes. The resort was in the perfect location for a RMNP trip - it was within walking distance to the RMNP entrance (we drove to it, but you could walk to it)! And, several restaurants and stores, including the Country Market, where we did our food shopping, were just minutes away from the resort - no need to go into the busier downtown Estes Park area. The glorious Rockies surrounded the resort, plus elk walked freely about the property - every day was beautiful! The front desk staff were super-friendly and so helpful, providing us with local food suggestions, plus RMNP hiking info (one area we thought about exploring got 37 inches of snow a few days before we arrived!). The staff also gave us some items we needed immediately upon request during our week-long stay. We loved every minute of this trip! It was a very relaxing vacation with great weather almost every day (blue skies in the 60s, but one day it snowed - light for a few hours), plus the local area and the roads to and in RMNP were not busy, as we went at a great time of year - the week before Memorial Day. I would definitely recommend staying at Rams Horn any time of year, though!

We were delighted to experience the beauty and convenience of being right outside RMNP. The cabin had two private bedrooms and baths which made it easy to have both together and alone time and the full kitchen and dining room allowed group meals and a great place to work on a jigsaw puzzle! We liked not being right in town, though it was a short drive to be able to walk around and get supplies as needed. Great restaurant, the Rock Inn Tavern, right down the street and fabulous elk sightings in the meadow by the resort. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful!

This resort was well maintained, friendly, and relaxing. Cabins are cozy and having all the amenities you need. Close to town but still have some privacy. The club house has a ton of movies/games/kitchen/tv to utilize. You can even use the club house in the evenings with reservations. We used it one night for three families together for dinner! We really liked this resort!
